Staff were helpful, friendly and prompt. The rooms were spacious and clean. Room service was excellent value for money. ******** Is brilliant for all DC sites ~ metro, taxis, buses and more - all within easy distance.

224 for a queen bed is ridiculous. I put down 4 people on my reservations. the hotel said that booking.com only reserved for 2 people. 42 inch tv had static in it the entire weekend. I will never go there again. if you want to use the gym, it was 15 $ '.

The front desk manager graciously corrected the problem with my bill. The doormen were wonderful. As the first face to the customer they were courteous and helpful.

******** Was good.we had a special card which worked for executive lounge in the elevator.otherwise elevator did not go up.We also appreciated the express checkout.
